SacTown Magazine Still Coming

I just finished reading piece in the Sac Bee about SacTown Magazine. It looks like it will hit the newsstands in November. I personally am excited about this magazine. It’s not that I don’t like other Sacramento magazines but I am look forward to one geared toward the younger population (even if I am getting old). According to the article there is a 60 percent failure rate each year for new magazines. , but it does look like the editor have quite a bit of experience so I hope that is not the case here.
The magazine will be bimonthly for the first year and monthly thereafter. The publisher is Steve Childs and the editors are Rob Turner and Elyssa Lee. www.sactownMag.com
