The holidays are finally over and everyone can take a deep breath and relax! What better way to enjoy the post holiday calm than with a leisurely three-course meal at one of Downtown Sacramento’s finest restaurants. Catch up with friends and family or reconnect with your spouse over a delicious high-end meal at a fraction of its usual price.
The Downtown Sacramento Partnership’s eighth annual Dine Downtown Restaurant Week will return with 29 participating restaurants January 9, 2013. For 10 straight days Dine Downtown invites residents to savor the best of Sacramento’s dining scene. Local chefs will create special three course dinner menus for only $30 per person. Simply ask for the Dine Downtown menu at participating locations to experience the best of Downtown’s dining scene.
Participating restaurants fill up quickly during Dine Downtown and reservations are heavily recommended. This year make reservations quick and easy on the Downtownsac.org website.
“Dine Downtown is a great way to try out a restaurant you haven’t had a chance to visit and get a taste of all that the establishment has to offer,” says DSP Marketing Manager Megan Emmerling. “ I recommend enjoying your meal with friends who don’t mind sharing. That way you all have a chance to discover which appetizers, entrées, and desserts are your all time favorites.”
New restaurants this year include the very popular Blackbird Kitchen and Bar and Red Rabbit. Other participating downtown restaurants include: 4th Street Grille, Biba, Blue Prynt, The Broiler Steakhouse, Capitol Garage, Cafeteria 15L, Chops Steak, Seafood & Grill, Dawson’s at the Hyatt, Ella Dining Room & Bar, Esquire Grill, Fat City, The Firehouse Restaurant, Frank Fat’s, Grange, Il Forniao, The Melting Pot, Mulvaney’s B&L, Paragary’s Midtown, The Pilothouse at The Delta King, The Porch, Spataro, Restaurant Thir13en, River City Brewing Company, Rio City Café, Ten22, Tequila Museo Mayahuel, and Tulí Bistro.
Dine Downtown is produced by the Downtown Sacramento Partnership and presented this year by Sacramento Magazine. Special thanks to our partners Open Table, Sacramento365.com, Yelp, Grub Groupie and CA Restaurant Month.
