The Rusty Duck, the longtime Sacramento restaurant backed up to the American River off Interstate 5, hung up its oyster shuckers and closed its doors this week. Workers were notified of the closure Tuesday by the corporation that owns the restaurant, Houston-based Landry’s Restaurants, which largely specializes in seafood eateries such as the Chart House and Joe’s Crab Shack.
