One-Way Traffic Controls on Paintersville Bridge

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be conducting mandated inspections of the Paintersville Bridge near Courtland in the Sacramento Delta Region.

To ensure worker and public safety, one-way traffic controls will be in effect on the Paintersville Bridge-Highway 160 on Thursday, August 9th starting at 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

During one-way traffic controls, one lane of traffic will remain open at all times with flaggers alternating access for both eastbound and westbound traffic. All work is weather permitting.

River traffic may also be delayed due to inspection vehicles on the bridge. Motorists and ship traffic should expect delays. The Paintersville Bridge is the continuation of Highway 160 through the Delta.
