The Sacramento Public Library will present a Punch and Judy puppet show on Thursday, January 12 at 4 p.m. at the Arcade branch, 2443 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento.
The free show for school-age children features the puppet character of Mr. Punch, the perennial trickster and anti-hero, who appears in most folk puppetry throughout the world. This show is performed within the traditional framework while keeping a contemporary edge.
