Hertz Employees in Sacramento look bored

Have you ever stared out of your window at work and seen something funny? I seem to all of the time. The other day I guess the Hertz employees that work across the street were a bit bored. They put on silly masks and started whacking a piñata. Not only where they wasting time on the company dime and looking pretty silly, they did not even have candy in the piñata. I mean if you are going look dumb on camera at least get a Smarty or a DumbDumb out of it.
