Heather Fargo Out of Touch

15 May 2008 | One CommentHeather Fargo seems so out of touch with Sacramento and the residents that live her. I will not be able to vote for mayor as I don’t live within city limits, but I do watch the race. Whatever happens in Sacramento affects the region.
Over at Joe Sacramento I see a posting about Sacramento’s crime rate. The entire post was interesting and worth a read. Simply put crime is on the rise in Sacramento while other large California cities are on the decline. Sacramento is second only to Oakland. I am not blaming Fargo for the crime rate, but as mayor you should probably know what it is. Then in contrast I see on Kevin Johnson’s site this quote “Mayoral candidate Kevin Johnson today added another law enforcement name to his endorsement list. The Peace Officers Research Association of California and The Valley Chapter of PORAC proudly endorsed Johnson for Mayor of Sacramento.”
I have not like the way Fargo has run this city from a development point of view. Now I don’t care for how out of touch she is with the city she is in charge of. If I lived in an area to vote for mayor, Johnson would get my vote.
