The Sacramento Bee has a comment system that allows vitriol, hate, and rude comments. The comments system is run totally by a third party. The Sacramento Bee has no control over the comments on their own site. This has lead to the complete wild west on the Internet.
I read a single article today and comments from people like Vincenthorne, MFW34, chargerkev,and happyascanbee were some of the worst. The problem is these people are anonymous. They are feel it’s okay to attack others behind their anonymous usernames. None of these people are accountable for what these say and would not say the these things if their identity was known. These types of people are not new on the internet, but because the Sacramento Bee does not ban them they continue their hateful rampage.

Zocalo delivers a Sunday Brunch that takes your soul south of the border. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming, beautiful and festive. A relaxed meal at Zocalo took the edge right off the late winter valley blues.
The Brunch menu was strictly Mexican which I thought was a smart move. Some ethnic eateries try to cover American classic breakfast too and that can unnecessarily stretch the kitchen and water down the ambiance.
Husband had Chicken Chilaquiles ($12) and pronounced them “delicious”. Not too spicy and not greasy at all. The sauce was piquant and paired beautifully with the creamy pinto bean puree.
