Understand that sometimes we as a collective need to step in and help out our fellow man. I also understand that sometimes it is better for all of us to step in and help. For example the mortgage crisis. It is in all of our best interest to make sure we don’t have a complete collapse in the housing market, but sometimes it is just so frustrating to help those that will not help themselves.

Take California Congresswoman Laura Richardson who walked away from the mortgage on her $535,000 Sacramento home. Should we be bailing out a Congresswoman? Don’t we expect our more for our elected leaders? She is one of many responsible for the financial stability of our legislature and she cannot even pay for her own home. Time to dump this Congresswoman.
